My clients are the ones feeling exhausted with their anxiety bullying them and keeping them from living a life they know deep down they deserve. They are the ones who often have scary, unsettling, and relentless intrusive thoughts, images, or urges that are hard to speak about and have tried on their own to get rid of these experiences but haven't found their attempts to be effective long-term. My clients are also families who have heartache and tension, and want to find solutions to work together more effectively to make their home feel like a home again.

I focus on what I do best: providing high-quality care for OCD, anxiety, and family issues. I use the leading, evidence-based treatments like ERP and ACT for OCD and anxiety disorder treatment.
