My clients are those who are ready and willing to take ownership of their story in a way that feels authentic and empowering. This story ownership often involves self identity work, discovering or reclaiming values, setting boundaries/interpersonal work, learning how to both accept emotions and take action, self compassion, and learning to "come home" to yourself. Common issues I support are anxiety, depression, relationships, pregnancy and postpartum, life transitions, ADHD, perfectionism, and family of origin issues.

I work with individuals and couples/relationships, and focus on offering evidence-based care in a strength-focused and compassionate space. Throughout the therapy process, we will focus on discovering and meeting your goals, processing emotions, and building tools for resiliency and healing.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, transparent, and rooted in human kindness. My counseling is multicultural, trauma-informed, and takes a systemically focused “Birdseye view” of problem orientation and solutions. I tailor my approaches to meet your specific needs, and use warmth, humor, and empathy to create a strong therapeutic relationship.
