My approach is warm and inviting. I am client-centered and passionate about helping you to get "un stuck" and discover a path forward in alignment with your heart's longing. I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and inviting space for you to get curious about your life, your decisions, your pain, and old patterns of living that no longer serve you. I believe that often we have to go towards our pain in order to find clarity, resolution, awareness, and healing.
My approach is holistically oriented, incorporating mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), and components of depth psychology (inspired by Carl Jung). In addition, I bring years of personal inner work, a deep commitment to grief and loss work, and certifications in Yin Yoga and Nature-Informed Therapy.
