Are you a woman who feels overwhelmed, panicky or anxious? We all crave lives that feel safe, balanced and purposeful. There are times, however, when we reach a crossroads. Maybe you are facing a personal or family crisis, a shift in identity, or a significant loss. Maybe you are wondering if "this" is all there is. You want to feel better, but you are not sure where to start. I became a yoga teacher and psychotherapist because I have been there. I sought growth and transformation from a holistic perspective; one that addressed my mind, body and spirit.

I believe that in order for true healing to occur, the whole person must be involved. In my work, I combine the latest in talk therapy and neuroscience with the ancient wisdom of yoga to encourage well-being, vitality and integration. A session with me may include meditation, deep breathing, yoga and talk therapy.

If you are feeling stuck, lost or hopeless, don't hesitate to call or email me. I respond within two hours T-F, 8am-5pm. I have helped dozens of women find more meaningful, empowering and joyful lives and perhaps I can help you.

Meghan Smith's Groups

Embodied Belonging - a Women's Healing Group

We heal in community, not in isolation. Embodied Belonging is a mind-body group for women who are seeking ways to foster and deepen connection to themselves (in body, mind and spirit) and others. Each session will begin with 45-60 minutes of mindful movement incorporating yoga, breath work, meditation and other somatic practices, followed by 45-60 minutes of traditional group "talk" therapy. Each week we will explore a new topic, ranging from connection and intimacy to resilience and self-worth. Sessions run 8-weeks beginning 10/2 from 7-9pm. Cost is $320.

Megan is not only an extremely warm and thoughtful presence, but she is also uniquely capable of processing bodily attunement in a way that is profoundly insightful. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body and spirit.
