If you are struggling with an eating disorder, I can help! I know the isolation, denial, justifications and struggles that make recovery difficult. I aim to create a space individually and with peers where you can experiment with recovery and see if it is better than your eating disorder. Eating disorders thrive in isolation, so peer support and building a recovery community is a large part of my treatment model. If you are at the place where you want to try something different, then let's work together! I use both harm-reduction and hold full recovery is possible if that is what is important to you. I regularly research treatments
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. I hold a specialty certification in eating disorder treatment from Lewis and Clark. I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders. I believe in collaborating with clients with what they want in their recovery.
I am passionate about treating individuals with eating disorders. I work will work with you wherever you are at in recovery. I recognize the lies the eating disorder tells us to convince us to not seek treatment- the waning motivation, but I invite you to reach out. Groups run on a two month cycle. Meal groups are a helpful way to get more accountability in your recovery. In order to normalize eating, it is important to eat with peers. This is a safe atmosphere to explore fear foods, add variety and normalize scheduled eating in recovery. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner groups. I offer on-line and in-person.
