I provide evidence-based treatments for adults with OCD, perinatal OCD, and anxiety disorders. Having OCD makes it hard to be present in your life. You may be having anxious thoughts about contamination, the health of your baby, or something bad happening to someone you care about. You may be having scary, intrusive thoughts that don’t make sense and feel like the opposite of who you are. You find yourself repeating behaviors or reviewing situations in your mind to alleviate anxiety, but the thoughts and anxiety always return.
I offer evidence-based treatments for OCD, perinatal OCD, and anxiety disorders. I also work with new parents navigating identity transitions, relationship issues, and professional life as a new parent. My work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
My style is warm, down-to-earth, instructive, and flexible. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out. I am happy to set up an initial phone call to determine whether we are a good fit for working together. I'll also provide further details about my services and answer any questions you may have for me. I look forward to connecting!
