Welcome! My name is Meghan Rosario, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Whether it includes healing from old wounds or navigating a new path, my passion is in helping others heal and feel empowered to tackle all of life’s obstacles with confidence. My experience extends from early childhood to older adults and everything in between. I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in schools, community mental health and private practice. I enjoy every phase of life as long as I can support in the process of learning, healing and growing.
My approach is very integrative and holistic as I like to meet my clients where they are at and find the best approach to meet their individual needs. While I like to focus on the present, I take care to explore the client’s history and upbringing to help understand the meaning behind any current patterns.
I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic alliance as connection and collaboration is key in the healing process. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach when goal setting. The client is the expert in their lives, and I am available to support along the way in helping guide each client on their desired path.
