***I am not accepting new clients for individual therapy at this time. Virtual group openings for Tween and Teen Girls available*** Are you worried about your young adult child living on their own? Have you been putting off asking for help? During these growing years, teens and young adults find ways of dealing with painful emotions. Sometimes uncomfortable feelings can lead to unhealthy ways of coping. Therapy can be a safe place for you or your adolescent to explore patterns and get some perspective.
I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to find solutions and more adaptive coping skills. I teach mindfulness skills including deep breathing, self-compassion, and yoga for some clients. I help clients explore ways of thinking, which could be leading to unhealthy behaviors. I also offer weekly therapy groups for clients in need of peer support.
Most people share that they wished they had gotten help sooner. You don't have to suffer alone anymore. There is hope! Contact me today for a free phone consultation.
