I help anxious people-pleasers stop spiraling and reconnect with themselves. My clients struggle like you do. Despite being intelligent and capable women, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel overwhelmed and like there’s a battle going on inside themselves every day. They believe they are failing everyone around them because they can’t “do it all” the way others can. They want to set boundaries and tell people “no” but there’s a part of them that is afraid to do that. They lie awake at night ruminating about every mistake they made that day and worrying about everything that has to get done tomorrow.
I am passionate about helping anxious people pleasers set aside all the external expectations to achieve or be perfect and, instead, get in touch with their true Self. As a recovering “good girl” myself, I know the internal struggle and the fears that come up when you think about going against the grain, breaking the rules, or being perceived as “difficult.”
Just like my clients, you deserve to set down some of those plates you are spinning. Freedom from stress and anxiety is not out of your reach. If you want to change your relationship with yourself, I’d love to help! The quickest way is to visit my website and use the scheduling tab to book a phone call. I can't wait to talk with you!
