There are times in life when you may feel alone, lost, or overwhelmed. These can be the most difficult times to seek help. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, validated, and supported. My intention is to help you discover your strengths. I maintain a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, experiences, and behaviors in order to facilitate healing and growth. I provide a holistic approach to treatment; focusing on emotional, mental, physical, and social aspects, in order to help uncover underlying causes of distress and assist in developing coping skills.
I have a particular passion for supporting child bearing individuals as they work to heal prenatal, postpartum, and maternal mental health struggles in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Motherhood can be isolating, and knowing that you are not alone and that your feelings are valid and normal can help to create a sense of happiness and peace.
I work with adults, college aged individuals, and teenagers; and have extensive experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I look forward to meeting with you and conquering life’s obstacles together.
