Let's be direct, we don't seek out therapy when we are doing great and feeling wonderful. We need help to get through difficult experiences, tough transitions and ongoing challenges. These obstacles can arise from a variety of factors, childhood trauma, other traumatic events, depression, anxiety and general discomfort with who we are or where we fit in the world.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community (14 years old and up) as well as individuals experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma and professional burnout. Together we will work to develop coping strategies, a stronger sense of self and learn to let go of our old haunts that can hold us back from getting to know the best version of ourselves.
