I work with clients of all ages who are struggling with life transitions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and grief, among other concerns. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Loma Linda University. I collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and techniques tailored to their unique needs, promoting personal growth and positive change. I use approaches including exposure response prevention, experiential therapy, expressive arts, and psychoanalysis.
