My approach is relationship oriented, integrates mindfulness, and is grounded in research and evidence-based practice, including CBT, DBT, Schema therapy, and Gottman Method couples therapy.
I’m a licensed board-certified psychologist, university professor who trains mental health counselors, and a married mother of two.
