About
***Offering in-person and/or online therapy and accepting new clients. “We all experience emotional pain at some time in our lives. We will lose those we love through death, divorce or other factors that keep us apart. Others will experience direct or indirect exposure to trauma, abuse, neglect and/or repeated negative experiences in childhood or as an adult. It is normal to experience extreme emotions such sadness and depression, anxiety, irritability, anger, frustration, hopelessness, loneliness and fear. You don’t have to go through this silently, or be alone with your struggles.”
I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist and specialize in trauma therapy with adults and children. I also draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), coaching skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and effective communications.
We all could use support at some point in our lives, though it may be difficult to reach out to ask for it. I welcome all calls and emails and will absolutely respond back to you within a day or two.
