Life can bring about many hardships including relationships, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and more. Counseling is a way to explore these hardships with an unbiased, third party in order to personally grow. During our journey together, my ultimate goal would be to create a therapeutic alliance that allows you to feel vulnerable, yet safe enough to share your deepest thoughts and feelings with me. I look forward to working with you!
I enjoy working with high-school aged adolescents as well as adults who struggle with life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm, disordered eating, grief, and more. I use an Eclectic approach that includes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and more.
Please visit my website and if you feel like we are a good fit, feel free to email or call me. I can also offer you a free 15-minute phone consultation!
