My primary goal within the therapeutic space is to create a safe, accepting, and relaxing environment for all my clients. I meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and goals. I provide a supportive, compassionate environment that fosters growth, insight, and meaningful change.
Through psychology, I have formed more insight into understanding the unique experiences individuals have faced that contribute to who they are and how they are feeling.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults working to heal from their trauma and have diagnosis' of various mental health disorders.
