My ideal client has dedicated their life to serving others, excel at what they do but struggle to have the same compassion they give others. They may be dealing with burnout, vicarious trauma, imposter syndrome despite clear competence, or the weight of always needing to do more and this mentality just isn't working anymore. I'll work with individuals, families, couples, and children navigating these spaces - partners seeking to support and understand, couples rebuilding connection, and kids/adults processing stress or emotional toll. My style allows for vulnerability, helping them find balance and clarity.
I help high-performers reconnect with their inherent strength and worth. I use EMDR, TF-CBT, sand tray, and compassion-focused approaches to address trauma, burnout, and imposter syndrome. I create space to process pain while building practical skills for regulation and balance. You've always had what it takes - let's help you see it!
When what used to work stops working, it's time to show up for yourself. If you're exhausted from never feeling 'enough' despite all you've accomplished, or carrying trauma that won't let you rest, I see you. You don't need fixing - you need space to heal and remember who you are. Let's work together to find the peace you deserve. Ready for change? Let's go!

I support children and adults impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress related to caregiving, first response, or military life. Treatment often includes understanding your experiences, processing what feels stuck, and building tools to feel calmer and more grounded. You may notice greater clarity, emotional relief, and a stronger sense of safety and balance.

I offer a warm and nonjudgemental space for you to feel seen and understood. I'll help you make sense of experiences and explain what's happening emotionally and in the body. When helpful, I use EMDR to help the brain process and "put away" difficult memories that may still feel stuck. I like to end sessions with calming or grounding exercises so you leave session feeling connected to yourself.
