Welcome and thank you for your interest. It would be an honor to get to know you on your healing journey. I work with a range of clients including those with complex trauma, neurodivergent folks who want to understand and support their neurology more efficiently, those impacted by systemic oppression, women navigating female-specific life transitions, and more.
I use the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model, along with other mind-body-spiritual approaches, to help clients listen inside, build self-trust, and reconnect to themselves as they navigate through suffering. My approach is compassionate and curious. I trust the inner systems of both my clients and myself to guide the healing.
Everyone has a unique story that is carried in certain ways in the mind, heart, and body. My hope is that I can help you carry yours in a way that feels lighter, more spacious, and less burdened.
