When someone experiences trauma, the way they relate to others, and to themselves, can shift. I believe our relationships are at the heart of our well-being. Often, what goes unresolved in our past or childhood shows up in the patterns we find ourselves repeating in the present.
As a family therapist, I support individuals and families in gently exploring these experiences, helping them understand how their stories have shaped them while creating space for healing and change. My goal is to help clients move forward with greater clarity, connection, and a sense of possibility.
I have worked in Philadelphia with underserved families navigating complex trauma across a variety of community-based settings. I specialize in trauma-informed care and support concerns including grief, trauma, depression, abuse, anxiety, stress-related disorders, and relational or parenting challenges.
I earned my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Drexel University, where I received the Clinical Excellence Award. I am passionate about helping individuals and families recognize their internal strengths, move beyond survival-based coping, and create the lives and relationships they truly want.
