It is a heartfelt privilege to support my clients and walk beside them through some of the most meaningful moments of their journey. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not sure where to start? I’m glad you’re here! People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, and they look different for everyone—things like anxiety, depression, trauma, tough thoughts, or questions about identity, including sexual orientation or gender. I’m here to help you feel heard and supported, and to work with you to build tools and balance at a pace that feels right. While also providing resources and skill building in a supportive environment.
I work with adults, young adults, adolescents, and children using a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Adlerian therapies, and incorporate play therapy with children. I shift my approach to fit your needs, building skills for emotional regulation, coping, and meaningful change.
Therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s normal to have questions or feel unsure. I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story and explore what matters to you. I’m committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you as you grow. If you’re ready, I’m here to help you move forward at your own pace.
