As a therapist, I describe my style as warm, empathic, and collaborative. My approach is grounded in connection and trust - I believe that we heal through relationships in which we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. I aim to create a safe space where we explore, process, and grow together. A space in which you can share your story – the beautiful and the painful parts. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly.
My therapeutic approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming. I especially strive to create and hold space for people of color and those from marginalized communities, who struggle with acceptance, self-love, cultural identity, and other issues that hinder them from realizing their full selves and reaching their highest potential.
I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, college mental health, gender and sexuality. I use a psychoanalytic approach with mind-body practices to foster a more holistic sense of healing. Together we can draw connections, understand patterns, build coping skills, and work towards your goals.
