I assist my clients to find meaning and understanding, develop skills and tools, and to recognize joy and healing can be found among hurt, conflict, and struggle.
My training and experience is in working with anxiety, trauma, self-harming behaviors, eating disorders, depression,communication issues, high-conflict couples, attachment problems, divorce, step families, and life transitions. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have training in family systems theories, trauma, EFT, and EMDR.
In life I focus on turning my emotion, mind, and body on moving forward, toward a place of understating. I offer my clients this opportunity as well.
