I offer depth-oriented therapy for adults and adolescents, grounded in psychoanalytic thought and guided by my personal values of curiosity, authenticity, and presence. A psychoanalytic frame allows us to slow down and go deeper. This is not a quick-fix approach, but a thoughtful, patient process. Unlike therapy that focuses solely on easing symptoms, my approach aims to get to the roots: understanding how your history lives in the present and how old patterns and wounds shape your struggles today.
