I offer depth-oriented therapy for adults and adolescents, grounded in psychoanalytic thought and guided by my personal values of curiosity, authenticity, and presence. In therapy with me, there is space for the feelings and experiences you’ve carried alone: the ones that feel heavy, complicated, or difficult to put into words. Many therapies focus on managing symptoms or teaching strategies to “feel better.” While those approaches can provide temporary relief, they often leave untouched the deeper layers of suffering, despair, and longing that shape your inner world.
A psychoanalytic frame allows us to slow down and go deeper. This is not a quick-fix approach, but a thoughtful, patient process. Unlike therapy that focuses solely on easing symptoms, my approach aims to get to the roots: understanding how your history lives in the present and how old patterns and wounds shape your struggles today.
If what I've written resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. I'm experienced in supporting clients through a range of struggles, including anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, and I am especially drawn to working with those navigating profound sadness, suicidal thoughts, or a sense of meaninglessness.
