Meghan Gilbert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who currently holds licensure in the states of PA, DE, and NJ. She has over a decade of experience working with individuals who have been diagnosed with severe mental health disorders and personality disorders. Meghan also provides therapy that treats depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, and grief/loss. I provide individual therapy, and I accept clients ages 14 and older. I only provide therapy remotely. I am most comfortable treating depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and self-esteem challenges.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am compassionate, respectful, and honest when providing therapy. I strive to create a safe space for clients to express themselves freely without feeling judged. The first session is typically an intake session.
This is a session where we spend time getting to each other to see if I am able to clinically address your presenting problems and to see if we are a good fit to work together. I educate clients on what to expect during their therapy sessions and answer any questions they may have regarding the therapeutic process.
