Life can quickly become overwhelming and stressful, especially when we are giving so much of ourselves to others. You may feel tired of the way things are, or overwhelmed by the reality of what's on your plate. Is it time for you to offer yourself some of the time and attention you so graciously give to others? Maybe you have specific goals in mind, or perhaps you don't quite know what it is, but you know you want to feel differently. I offer a safe and reliable space to share and heal from past and current stressors in life and to grow into the version of yourself you'd most like to be.
I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist focusing on building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship and working toward long-lasting results. As a trained EMDR, IFS, and DBT therapist, I am interested in helping those who desire a better way to manage stress, navigate life changes, heal from the past, and improve their relationships.
I believe in the resilience and capacity for change in each human and trust that through compassionate and empathetic engagement and the use of evidence-based practices we can achieve the goals you have for yourself. You deserve a space to heal. I can't wait to meet you and get started.
