Much of the trauma-informed work that I do with clients focuses on exploring parts of oneself with genuine curiosity, intentionality and deep care. Social identity work is a key component in one’s healing. It is so important to work with someone who can be attuned and present to identity development, struggle, transformation and integration.

I have extensive training in the field of developmental trauma, sex therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
