About
It can be hard to know which therapist will meet your needs. If you are anxious, stressed, tired, down, struggling with relationships, or just feel like something is 'off', I might be the right fit for you. People often work with me on issues within their relationships, feeling comfortable with their emotions, and overcoming obstacles to success. People might have trouble with body image, maintaining meaningful friendships, managing conflict, setting boundaries, coping with fear, and reconnecting with themselves after traumatic experiences. If this resonates with you, I'm so glad you found my page.
The belief that guides my therapeutic style is that every person has the capacity to adapt, heal, grow, and change. I use a combination of goal-oriented work that helps you take tangible steps toward creating the life you want. I also help you work with your internal emotional system, connecting with and learning to accept yourself.
However stuck you might feel, I will help you uncover your own motivation and ability to change patterns that have been holding you back from feeling well. You may reach out to me to schedule a 15-20 minute phone call about your needs, goals, and past therapy experiences to determine if we will be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
