Depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-harm, and feelings of purposelessness are some of the issues my clients identify. I have specialized training in the treatment of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. As a mother of four, I'm passionate about supporting mothers. I'm also a military spouse and have spent the past ten years working within the military community.
I love being a therapist because I find that individuals struggling with mental health tend to be some of the most intelligent, thoughtful, sensitive, and driven people who go on to live meaningful, fruitful lives, once their energy is channeled healthfully.
