I have experience working with a wide range of clients and concerns including issues related to gender and sexual identity, sexual assault, abortion, identifying & recovery from Narcissistic abuse, racism, couples/marriage therapy, deconstructing religion, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD, intergenerational trauma, PMDD, and more.
I take a holistic approach to mental health, using both evidence based techniques and complementary/alternative medicine. Utilizing multiple therapeutic models, I offer individual and couples therapy for clients 18+. I offer comprehensive psychological assessments for clients age 16+ for ADHD, ASD, PTSD, mood, and personality disorders.
