I specialize in treating phobias and anxiety disorders (social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, agoraphobia, emetophobia, health anxiety), OCD , Depression, and Trauma PTSD using CBT and Exposure Therapy (ERP). I have years of working with people to live without fear, and will work with you step by step in getting there. If traditional talk therapy has not worked for you in the past, exposure therapy is a great way to actually see the results you are looking for! LGBT+ allied provider. Only treating individuals 18+, no couples/families at this time.
I specialize in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD/ trauma, and and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a specialized form therapy for OCD. My goal is to help you overcome challenges, change behaviors, and help you live your best life.
I revieved my Bachelor's in Psychology from New College of Florida and continued on to receive my master's in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from UCF in Florida. Outside of being a therapist, I love dancing bachata, tea, and spicy food.
