Life is full of highs and lows. As a therapist, I believe there are times we all need a safe and welcoming space to work through different things in life with a neutral person. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship challenges, or just find yourself needing an unbiased encouraging voice in your life; I would be honored to work alongside you.
My experience thus far has been in medical case management and emergency room crisis work. I work from a person-centered approach as I believe each of us is the expert of our own lives. I will use skills such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength based approaches to guide treatment.
As your therapist, my goal is to work alongside you to develop healthy strategies to overcome life’s obstacles and become your very best self.
