Maybe you haven't been in your best season...or maybe you've experienced a loss and it's impacting you more than you imagined... maybe you feel uncertain about how to navigate the day-to-day stress... With everything going on, you may need a safe space like therapy dedicated to figuring "things" out. Therapy can be venting or it could look like a regular conversation. We may use metaphors, song lyrics, reconnecting with our ancestors, or anything else to gain deeper insight into your life's purpose and how you can unlock your greatest potential.

I rely on my training in trauma-informed counseling practices, mindfulness, and multiple phases of Brainspotting therapy to create a safe space for all aspects of mental and emotional wellness. Brainspotting Therapy is like intentional daydreaming, similar to EMDR therapy, that uses our eyes to help process emotions felt in the body.
