I provide a compassionate, safe space in which I walk with you through life’s challenges. I help you develop skills that enable you to experience hope and joy, while finding a new sense of strength and empowerment. I'm passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting those on their fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys.
The choice to come to therapy is deeply personal, and finding the right therapeutic fit can be a difficult task. I take great care to get to know you as a whole person, beyond a list of symptoms, and tailor my approach to your needs and strengths.
