Hi! I'm based in Centennial, but I also offer virtual sessions. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and caregivers. With teens, I support them in addressing their anxiety, depression, confidence, and school struggles, including ADHD. I support adults who've found themselves in chaotic/"toxic" relationships and are wanting to understand this pattern better. And for caregivers, I support them as they try to become the parent they needed as a child, often confronting their inner beliefs and generational cycles. Most of my clients can struggle to "rest" and have an inner voice that constantly pushes them to "do more".
In therapy, we'll get curious about the inner critic, the patterns, and the experiences that have impacted you and your life. We'll get real, but we will also bring in lightness to ensure that therapy isn't just about "doing," but about exploration and expansion too. I bring in IFS, somatic experiencing, and cognitive-based therapies to support the process.
I believe traditional ‘talk therapy’ can only get one so far, therefore, talking alone will not bring meaningful change. So, yes, I will ask you those body-based questions, but I promise to try not to do it in such an annoying, cliche way.
