In this group, you will learn and practice proven strategies for managing anxiety by nurturing self-compassion and using externalizing and self-awareness skills. Through a blend of structured activities, personal reflection, and shared experiences, I’ll teach you ways to manage anxious thoughts with kindness and understanding, rather than self-criticism. You’ll find compassionate support and commonality with other women just like you. Anxiety often isolates us, and makes us feel “crazy;” the group will remind us that we are in strong company and can learn from each other while encouraging and supporting one another.
