Counseling is a way to help you find inner peace to enhance your sense of control. It can be helpful to have someone's full, unbiased attention to support you in navigating those situations. We will create culturally competent interventions, which will support you with developing self-compassion while still holding yourself accountable so you can live your life with intention. No matter the person—individual, couple, aspiring performer or athlete—I believe these skills are fundamental for achieving your goals. I truly believe in being authentic, in laughter and working together to make therapy a worthwhile and pleasant experience.

Every relationship begins by identifying your needs. Utilizing multiple techniques (CBT, DBT, Narrative, Neuroscience, Mindfulness), we will increase awareness and rediscover your sense of self and control. Armed with that self-belief, you will begin to see you already possess the power to make change. Learn more at:

There is constant pressure in life and plenty of opportunities to fail. To protect ourselves, we build walls that prevent us from reaching out, when what we really need is a bridge. This is what motivates me everyday. There’s no greater mission than helping people bring their best to the world. It’s how we’ll all make it better, for ourselves and each other.
