I accept very limited clients only to my availability and specialties. I have experience working with pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, and adults who struggle with a variety of mental health issues or life struggles. I specialize in eating disorders, self-confidence issues, anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality, OCD, addictive behaviors, and daily life coping. My clients are looking to build confidence and make life changes through intensive homework, assignments as well as deep reflection in session. I see clients Sundays from 3-7 In-Person or Telehealth and Thursday evenings. EMAIL is preferred method of contact.
I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, and person centered approaches to help clients detach from their inner critic so they can focus on their voice, values, and beliefs to craft a life that offers recovery, healing, and happiness.
I strive to build a strong relationship with each client based on trust, empathy, and genuine understanding. I believe in restoring hope to each client and utilizing their own voice and inner strength to gain confidence to use in their everyday life.
