I hope to help you uncover the root of your fears and to take steps toward courage and vulnerability. I work with clients who are seeking to intentionally create rhythms that lead to greater peace, purpose, and joy in life.
I enjoy working with motivated clients to build insight on their stories in order to live in alignment with their values, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapy. As faith is central in my own life personally, I am happy to incorporate a Biblical worldview into session upon request.
I began the path to social work because I wanted to make my community a more loving and just place. It's my goal to empower you to find healing and resilience in the midst of pain, utilizing the strengths you already have. I hope to help you see your story with more curiosity and compassion.
