If you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t go deep enough, you’re in the right place. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are ready to do meaningful, goal-oriented work. Many of my clients are navigating neurodivergence: ADHD, OCD, ASD, or exploring gender identity. Others are high-functioning professionals who feel stuck/ burned out and want clarity, relief, and real transformation.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I offer evidence-based therapy using CBT, DBT, and ERP — tailored to your needs. My style is collaborative and active. I’ll meet you where you are, and I’ll also challenge you. Sessions are designed to provide tools, insight, and growth, whether you're looking for short-term support or long-term connection.
I keep a small caseload so I can show up fully for each client. I don’t accept insurance but can provide superbills for out-of-network benefits. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is. The right connection makes all the difference. If this all sounds good to you, feel free to reach out—let’s see if we’re a good fit!
