I can help with anxiety, depression, past trauma, negative self talk, relationship issues and more. I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be…wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome.
I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma.
I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day.
