Parent Support Group
We meet on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month. FREE TEEN SUPPORT GROUP AT THE SAME TIME. We will help provide understanding & the tools necessary to face the unique challenges that come from caring for a child with mental health issues. The group will be formatted with the first part of the session focusing on psychoeducation. The second half will be processing personal experiences as it relates to the topic of the day. Expect a non-judgemental environment to help challenge the stigma of mental health and support you in exploring ways to find resiliency in parenting.
