I specialize in working with kids (ages 3 and up), teens, young adults, parents/caregivers, and families who are struggling with a range of problems related to anxiety, depression or mood issues, trauma, family issues, or other mental health challenges. Sometimes my clients are struggling with friend issues, problems at school, or managing changing family dynamics due to divorce. Other clients may be struggling with adoption or attachment-related issues. Most often, my clients want someone to listen and to learn new strategies to cope, improve communication or relationships, or feel happy and confident.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor with 20 years of counseling experience. I hold advanced certifications in many best-practice treatment therapies. I provide careful assessment and tailored treatment options to help people meet their goals. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for other therapists.
