Hello! Welcome. I believe you have landed on my page because you have recognized a need for change. I commend you for that because it is difficult to ask for help; things often go unresolved and 'swept under the rug'. My personal philosophy is the most important skill is the ability to ask for help. It is often viewed as a weakness, but I believe asking for help generates success. Success through conflict resolution, alternative points of view, breaking barriers, thoughtful decision making, developing coping skills,etc. I am here to be that person to help create change and a positive outlook or whatever it is you are looking for.
I have been told that I have a very calming aura about me and I take that as a huge compliment. I am open minded, thoughtful, witty, and eager to help. For nearly 10 years, I worked in the drug and alcohol field at various levels of care. Through that work, I developed a passion for marriage and family work as well.
