You deserve to always have someone in your corner. The relationships in your life might feel complicated right now—whether that’s with your partner, family, friends, teammates, or coaches. Maybe anxiety or painful past experiences are making it harder to connect with the people who matter most. You’re someone who’s used to pushing yourself—at school, in sports, or at work. While that drive has taken you far, it can also lead to burnout, injury, and a sense of losing yourself. I work with preteens, teens, and adults who have immense potential but feel stuck or held back by anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-doubt.
I also support parents in navigating behavioral struggles that come with raising teens, to restore balance and connection. My approach is grounded in compassion and safety. Using EMDR, IFS and ACT, I help you process and release the “old stuff”—painful memories, trauma, and shame—that continue to interfere with your daily life.
These modalities along with my trauma-informed approach, allow you to heal wounded parts of yourself and move forward with greater freedom in a values-based direction. Through our work together, I want to help you realize that you have choices—you are in control—and you can decide what’s best for your life.
