I work with adolescents (10+) and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, spirituality, and self-esteem. I’m EMDR-trained and integrate EMDR techniques into my work under supervision. As a veteran myself, I’m especially passionate about supporting service members and fellow veterans. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative.
