Megan Stull is a LMSW in the Wood River Valley working with adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with life transitions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her approach is centered on care, curiosity, security, and authenticity aiming to restore balance in client’s lives for them to flourish. Megan believes change occurs through cultivating relationships, with ourselves and with those around us. Through self-understanding, empowerment, and connection we all have the capacity to heal.
We can work to build individualized integrative supports: exploring mindfulness, cognitive patterns, internal narratives, trauma reprocessing, somatic approaches, and behaviors that impact overall wellbeing. Her approach is trauma informed, justice oriented, and client led.
Megan received her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Montana, is EMDR trained, and has experience working with individuals who have previously experienced intimate partner violence and gender diverse youth. In her free time she likes to hike, bike, fish, read, and see live music with friends.
