You should be proud you have finally decided to take the courageous (and I’m sure anxiety provoking…that’s perfectly normal) step to reach out for help. All of us get to that point where we need someone to come alongside us to help us feel better. I would be honored to take that next step with you. I can provide therapy from a Christian perspective for those that want this. I also have experience working with pastors and health care workers dealing with burnout.
My therapy approach focuses on creating a safe and nonjudgmental presence to meet you where you are while teaching you new skills to help you feel better. I approach things from a holistic perspective as sometimes other health issues may be at the root of your mental health symptoms. I look at mind, body, and spirit in my work with clients.
