My focus is working with individual adults. I support individuals in finding happiness, fulfilment, and balance in their lives by helping them navigate life transitions, dissatisfying relationships, and life stressors. I also specialize in helping people in overcoming issues like anxiety, depression, and attachment trauma.
We must look at the whole person and their environment in order to understand and overcome difficulties that arise. This belief motivates me to be educated and use a variety of counseling approaches like CBT and EFT. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer, which gives me a unique knowledge and skill base to address mental health issues and life stressors.
I believe we all have struggles in our lives, but it is the way in which we cope and work through those struggles where we find our strength and power. A part of counseling is becoming aware of and finding those inner strengths and using them to work through the challenges we face.
