My background includes working as a mental health counselor and social worker, where I have provided support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. I am trained in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also utilize solution-focused brief therapy, which allows me to help clients identify their strengths and develop practical solutions to their problems. My treatment philosophy include aspects of humanistic theories, CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, and a Strengths-based approach.
