I help client's heal from trauma and re-establish a relationship with their intuition and learn how to trust themselves again. I help client’s through a deconditioning process to challenge past lessons and messages that no longer serve them so they can realign with their true self. I believe that each person is unique and requires an individual approach to treatment. I use a variety of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic-based therapies, and parts work such as Internal Family Systems and Ego-State interventions.
I provide a safe, individualized, and direct therapeutic space where you can heal from trauma and other mental health concerns. I ensure that the therapeutic space is open and nonjudgmental. I focus on empowering you to create the change, progress, and healing that you are looking for in your life.
Feel free to reach out on my website or give me a call to see if I am the right therapist for you. All of my services are provided through telehealth at this time and I am licensed in Oregon and Washington.
